I don't think I have seen this discussed and I apologize if it has been. Do escorts find it in very bad taste if after finding that both the escort and client are on PrEP and there is agreement to use a condom, to ask for the escort to cum inside the client? I think everyone can admit there is a different feeling (not one is better than the other) of having the escort pull out, rip off the condom and cumming on some part of a client's body and and escort just thrusting and cumming inside a client's body with a condom on. Also, I sure there are a lot of other considerations but it seems that at that point protection really is of very little concern because the possibility for infection is so low.
