Those are his pictures, but an old expired profile. He returned home to Chicago with his husband Dolf Dietrich about a year and a half ago. He and Dolf separated this year. Dolf is out in Palm Springs and Hugh is still in Chicago. I had subscribed to his onlyfans page and he mentioned that he was considering meeting up with clients when safe again. But not sure.
