pity - his ad places him very close to my place of work and i was about to contact him... only thing that held me back was the lack of any really meaningful photos on his ad... now i guess i have a second reason, yes?

Been around for about 10 years. I had a relatively nice experience with him about 5 years ago, but it did involve upsell.
