Since he states that he will ask prospective clients their age I will assume that he has age limits. That is a huge turn off for me. I react very negatively to escorts with age, weight, or ethnicity limits. Now I realize I'm old but "good" escorts don't have those types of limits. Will I lose any sleep over the fact that he probably would not be willing to meet with me -- absolutely NOT. Lots of other fish in the ocean.

Interesting perspective. I get it (I'm "older," too). I guess I've had enough unpleasant experiences in the other direction that I would rather know up front if an escort has an issue with older clients. So now I just ask. I've found that when I don't ask, it becomes clear in the session that some escorts are OK with my age and others not so much. They may not say so directly but it gets acted out in one way or another (detachment, lack of enthusiasm, reluctance to perform certain acts, etc.) I also don't think it's so much a matter of "good" escorts and "bad" escorts as it is a matter of recognizing that escorts -- like everyone else -- have individual preferences. Are "good" escorts those who are able to function equally well with all clients in spite of their individual preferences? I don't know. I do know that part of what I am looking for is a "genuine" experience, not someone pretending to be capable of full engagement when they are actually not. I'd be interested in hearing from some escorts what they think about this issue.

I would so agree oscarkin. Though I would add, that I have not encountered many that have an issue with age (I am 54) or even size (I am a big guy). I have also noticed that more than a few escorts have prefer an older client--stability? maturity? appreciation?

I think that's in fact the case. I made initial contact and he was very open to meeting with me. My age doesn't appear to be an issue. Perhaps this is yet another example of "be very careful what you put in your ad because you never know how it might be interpreted."
