I don't tend to feel inclined to network with any other escort who I share just one or a couple of clients with, unless I'm already interested in networking with said escort based on their branding, board comments, etc. In this case, sharing a couple clients is just a good excuse for me to start a conversation...

 

At the point where I notice that another escort and I are sharing half a dozen or more clients, it usually seems a little foolish not to network & cross-promote. I still don't feel obligated, of course, hence idk about the "should" portion of your question, but it does seem like smart business to network with each other if so many clients are finding similar attraction to both of us.
