During a session, do you try and keep track of time, as much as one can? Or do you completely let go and leave it up to the escort?

I’ve had difficulty concentrating and enjoying a session because the clock is constantly in the back of my mind. I don’t want to leave too early and not get my money’s worth. At the same time, I wouldn’t want to overstay.

Generally, since I only book a set amount of time and have an agreed rate, I allow the provider to manage his time.

I am never wholly oblivious to the time, but I don't care about the clock. I find that if I worry about how much time is left, then I wasn't enjoying myself. And if it ends early, but I enjoyed myself, then I note that for review purposes and future hiring. Either way, booking a pre-set # of hour(s) allows you to relax.

I have had a session where the provider asked me if he should allow for more time (we were having a great time), I said, to extend the session and we'd make it work.

It's the escort's job to keep track of the time, the client's only job is to enjoy himself.

+1

Many of the guys I've seen for the most part go over the allotted time. However, most of those guys are rehires and we spend a great deal of time before or after sexy time catching up or just hanging out.

I must admit a few have gone well beyond the booked time on the 1st meeting. There are two guys I can clearly recall them trying to get the job done as soon as possible and be out the door. One no longer escorts, from my understanding. The other (who I've seen more than once) visits the country once or twice a year.

+ to infinity and beyond!!!!

Although there are some limits. One guy once told me mid-stroke that it was now 5 minutes before the agreed-upon end of session and that he'd have to withdraw unless I wanted to sign up for another hour. Buh-bye.

Most guys are cool about it and manage their time in a way that's not intrusive and don't freak if they go over. I increase my gratuity if we go more than about 20 minutes over, assuming that I had a good time and I didn't think he was running up the meter.

My old trick (from pre cellphone days) is to set the clock radio sleep timer for music. When the music stopped after an hour, I knew time was up.

I've had very few experiences where I felt cheated on time. If I had to guesstimate, I'd say most of my hires were nice guys who provided 50-60 minutes of service in a session, and probably went over one hour when considering a few minutes for hello, minimal chat to ease into things, time to dress and collect after, and a little more if they chose to shower (alone) after. In other words, the 60-min wasn't door-to-door.

The clock radio sleep timer trick is awesome. Now if my clock radio only worked.

I've got nothing more elaborate than checking the time when he arrives, then trying to make an unobtrusive peek at the clock every once in a while. Depending on what we're doing at the time, that unobtrusive can get somewhat contortionist.

The practical thing is probably not to worry about it.

  1. If a rentguy intends to rip you off, you'll probably know within the first 5-10 minutes.
  2. As written above, it's the rentguy's responsibility to monitor too. If you've reached the time he wants more money, it's his responsibilty to identify the issue. While it's never happened to me, if I was finishing an appointment and an escort said something like "we went over by 20 minutes, so it'll cost another third of my rate" I'd not only refuse, but it would probably cost him the gratuity.

I agree on theory that it's the rentguy's responsibility, but I think this is another case of "ask 10 escorts & get 11 answers". I remember a travelling duo I was having a wonderful time with, and asked if they could top me, and one pointed out gently "There's only about five minutes left". :-(

I find one of these, tastefully positioned bedside, does the trick...

The ticking is just an added bonus. It's like a sex metronome.

And,

Ohhhh, when that bell goes off, and its time for him to leave,

I break into Showtunes...

It's a little lumpy, but it rings!

So Long Dearie.....

So many great suggestions here to keep track of time!! Normally I am a time freak and if I check into a hotel room and the alarm clock is not set at the correct time I freak out. Once they had to send an employee with a special tool to reset it! Another time I had to get a crash course degree from MIT to figure out how to set the damned thing.

However, for escort time I usually don't worry about such things. It's his responsibility. Plus, if a guy is a clock watcher there usually is not a repeat.

Ironically this past weekend I got a room that was equidistant between my place and the escort. There was no alarm clock in the room! Normally, I would have called the front desk to get one, but since I was only going to use the room for the afternoon I could care less! Perhaps the previous guest swiped it and the maid did not notice. Perhaps I need to check my credit card to make sure that I'm not the one charged for it!!!
