Weirdest ad I've ever seen.

http://sfbay.backpage.com/MenSeekMen/sam-new-in-the-bay-im-ready-to-rock-your-world/83104197

Different name in ad headline and body. Failed to update reference that he's in Cleveland.

I've never seen an ad with a linkedIn link. To an Insurance company exec

Makes me wonder.... would a prankster or someone with an axe to grind publish a fake ad to cause trouble?

Of course, theres also that tiny kernel of hope, much less than 1% odds, that the pictured guy is actually working.

The LinkedIn ad is probably a ploy to get to YOUR identity since if you are logged into LinkedIn it shows that you viewed the profile.

Hmm, didn't think of that. I think LinkedIn allows to see who saw you, but only if you have a premium account.

Oh well, now they know:

1. That I looked at a BP ad.

2. my name.

I don't care, actually. If anyone asks: sure I look at ads on the internet. Where is the problem?

I was passing through the Cleveland area and seen the ad so I sent a text. I got a very upset response from someone who wants this stopped immediately!

Obviously a total fake page and put a phone number they randomly picked. The person on the other end wanted my information and the webpage I seen this on.

Another backpage scam...when will I learn!
