Just checked on Hollywood-Xposed.com and they have nude frontal picture of him. His "equipment" is just as beautiful as the rest of him.

 

Also compared other shirtless pictures of him with the nude picture. He has some very distinctive markings on his chest and the nude picture had the same markings. I know there can be some good fakes out there. But, I think the nude picture is real. Also found a picture of him posing with the gay porn star Pierre Fitch.
