The earliest review for him which is still available here is from twelve and a half years ago, and I believe there were reviews before then. That review from April 2005 claims that Tony has been a regular of the reviewer for five years previously, i.e., since the last century. Does he really think no one would notice?

I am one who has seen Tony but some years back. Personally I like and enjoy older escorts(men in late 30's up to 60's) and wish they would be a bit more honest about age.
