I remember an episode of Two and a Half Men where Charlie recited what things were based on the number of people. 1 = masturbation, 2 = couple, 3 = three-way, 4 = 2 couples, 5 = 2 couples and a lookie lou, and 6 = orgy. I guess if all 5 participate, as in the gif above, orgy sounds right.
