I was not aware you could put silicone in your balls :confused:

 

I only knew about saline solutions.

Some men opt for silicone implants post-orchiectomy due to trauma or cancer. One hopes any reputable surgeon would do a mental health check on a patient requesting elective orchiectomy for implants.

It's more common than one might think. A good friend of mine had testicular cancer and had both of his testicles removed. He elected to have "cosmetic surgery" performed and had two (for lack of a better definition) prosthetic testicles implanted. You couldn't tell the difference and it made him feel better about himself when he had to shower publicly or when with another man. It's really no different than a women opting for cosmetic surgery after a mastectomy.

 

Alas, we're hijacking the real purpose of this thread. Who are the guys with huge nuts? In addition to the OP I'm also interested in who they are. A real fetish of mine. :rolleyes:
