More than likely a scam. I contacted him to schedule a meeting, though i too thought it was strange he had no reviews. We texted back and forth and he seemed like he was serious about meeting. Well, i texted him my hotel address the day before the appointment. He responded with "I'm only available by deposit" haha! No reviews + deposit requirement = HUGE no go. Definitely would not recommend.
