I may be wrong, but that place seems like it's illegal even under NSW's permissive sex work laws because it seems to involve sexual activity, massage, and spa related activities and services all on the same premises. But, NSW seemed to have many illegal brothels according to some reports a decade or so ago. So maybe it's just how they roll. Look pretty interesting.
