Hes not too far from my suburban location, which is unusual. On one hand, it seems extraordinarily mercenary - has multiple ways to get your money. He obviously knows self-promotion.

 

I cant decide if all the marketing is off-putting, or if it makes him more believable.

 

He promotes his travel schedule.... anyone else familiar with this guy?

Not many comments but all overwhelmingly positive (including my own ). True his hyper marketing can seem a bit disconcerting on the surface but to me (like you said) it made him seem believable. I took the plunge and did not regret it. He's real and spectacular. Alas I don't think he is in SF anymore but hopefully this was useful info for future hires.
