Despite common sense, I behaved very stupidly, and decided to see an escort guy. I expected it was too-good-to-be-true, but, thinking with my crotch, hoped it would work out anyway.

 

He asked for his money up front. The only way I got it back, was to promise not to post a bad review. Why I maintain integrity, I dont know... but those are my standards.

 

List of facts:

  • Hes using super model Daniel Rumfelts pics.
  • He told me he's very affectionate, loves to kiss.
  • He was very nice, responsive, during all planning.
  • He would only schedule at my suburban location when he had another visit in the area.
  • I told him I was skeptical of pics from start. He kept insisting I wouldnt be disappointed.
  • I repeated skepticism morning of, asked for 3-finger pic. He refused.
  • He was an hour late due to traffic. Thats OK in Bay Area. And, he sent frequent updates.
  • We went into my bedroom. He looked around for cameras. He actually turned the little Roku box away, and tried to cover the LED on my wall-mount TV.
  • He's lean and swimmers build... no way hes Rumfelt-like.
  • He wouldnt take his dark sunglasses off.
  • He wouldn't take his baseball cap off.
  • He repeatedly expressed concern about being recorded.
  • He wouldnt kiss, and insisted he never says that.
  • I told him that unless glasses and hat come off... he needed to leave. He whined and cajoled, but I said no.
  • I asked him to leave, told him to give money back.
  • He wheedled and negotiated, hes entitled to keep it. Then half. Then at least $100.
  • I got 75% back, let him keep 25% just to get rid of him, along with a promise not to post a review.

    • Look up Rumfelt and use more realistic pics.
    • Post in his ad he wont remove hat and shades. "But then Id lose business" "Its how you lost mine" I replied
    • I wrote down Daddysreviews.com & Forums and told him to learn more about what he's doing.

So, I post as an example of being stupid. I didnt learn anything... I just reinforced what I already know about thinking with my crotch, not the brain in my head. Particularly when I'm frustrated... Ive had a very bad run of luck lately... cancellations, rejections, a no-show, etc - rentguy & hookups. Frustration and horniness are the main ingredients in stupidity.

 

Oh, if I see anyone in these forums post a 411 inquiry about him, I'll PM. That wouldn't violate my agreement not to post a review.;)

I am fine. Just feel stupid and annoyed with myself.... for making a mistake despite knowing I was going to make a mistake.

 

If he looked remotely like rumfelt, Id have let it go.

 

It was the shades & cap that got to me. He was fit, kinda cute. But who wants to play with a guy whos so paranoid about cameras, who wont take their hat off?

 

I mean, how am I supposed to grab a handful of hair and force his head back and forth on my dick?

You want a way to confirm an advertiser is actually the guy in the pics. Or any other reason you want to avoid being sent phony pics....

I think you got out of it pretty well, all things considered. Bravo for standing up for yourself when the time came for him to put up or shut up. And bravo for lessons learned. Next time you will make sure you know who you are inviting into your life before he gets there. Thanks for sharing this.

 

But good god -- the Rumfelt pictures are beautiful!

I am frustrated by my own stupidity, because I knew better.

Im not suprised I stood my ground. While inactive for years until 6 weeks ago... I've refused to be victimized in the past.

Hey LaffingBear don't be so hard on yourself. Many of us around here have, on occasion, made the mistake of thinking the the head on the end of our dicks rather than the one on our shoulders. Don't let this sour experience deter you from sampling all the delicious escorts out there just waiting to get together with you.

That is sort of where my head is.

 

It isnt just today....Im having a run of very bad luck.

 

Somehow, hiring seemed easier 1995-2011

 

Im thinking of taking a break from hiring for a bit... although thats bad terminology. Maybe taking a break from looking.

 

I only had one successful hire since re-entering this scene 6-7 weeks ago.... and that guy since quit the biz.... maybe it's a sign.

Yeah, for me, asking for payment upfront is a major NO.

 

I would have already said no to him long before then. I don't invite an escort to my home on a first meet, ever. Public or their place.

 

If I were skeptical of their pics, then I wouldn't have set up the encounter. No matter how hard my lower head gets about it, I'm not letting it put my home (safe) space at risk.
