I always enjoy reading these interviews as I like to get a sense of a potential escort's interests, background and personality. Many long-time escorts do not have interviews, while some newcomers do. Is this something the escort must pay for, or does RM decide who they want to interview?

I don't think they actually interview them, at the end of the profile setup process, it just shows the escort a webpage with standardised questions and tell him that he can fill in the answers if he wants to. I am pretty sure it is all automated, if you answer some or all of the questions, these answers and the related questions get to show up on your RM profile.

I like the interviews as well, esp. if they put some thought into the answers, I find that attractive.

I always read the interviews. It gives me some insight to personality and what I could possibly expect. My favorite question is the 5 things you can't live without.

I've enjoyed reading the interviews for some additional insight, and try to get an initial sense of personality. Though I have noted that the dates of some of the interviews I have read are years old. I recognize that characteristics don't change quickly, but would be nice if there was a feature to allow the escort to make new edits/additions or just refresh so it stays or looks relatively current.

They can update their answers, not sure how, but I've seen them change and the timestamp does get updated.

While I enjoy reading the "interviews," an escort having/not having one does not influence my decision to hire. However, some of the answers might ("What are some of your hobbies?" "Ramming a bitch bottom until he writhes in pain and is ready to pass out")

They can either improve the likelihood of my reaching out to someone.... or decrease the chances. It all depends on the content.

I do get a chuckle by the answers indicating the escort is becoming annoyed ("I just answered that").
