Once every 3 months? Once every 6 months? Monthly?

I was thinking about this the other day... I've seen a guy 1 or 2 times per year, but we text once in a while, and I feel like we are regulars. Even though we don't see each other often.

I consider the men I hire regulars if they periodically visit my area or I periodically visit their area and I never fail to hire them every time we are in proximity. Therefore, for me, Dario in DC who comes to my city once every six months almost as regular as clockwork is a regular, though I only hire him a couple of times a year. Same for Raul G. Manzo in Chicago or Logan Brock in Dallas, when I travel to their cities a couple of times a year. Even my very first hire, @AresEscortNYC, and my other go-to guy in New York, Apollo Phoenix, both of whom I don't get to see nearly as often since I haven't travelled to NYC as regularly as Chicago or Dallas, are still regulars as far as I'm concerned because I never go to NYC without planning a session with each of them!

I think we need TWO terms here:

1) Repeat Client: This would be what you describe yourself as @7829V . You have been to this masseur before but only once or twice a year. That is what I would call a "Repeat Client." You know him....have seen him before...and will see him again. But it is infrequent....not on a regular basis.

2) Regular Client: This would be just what the word says...a "Regular." I would peg this at probably once every 4-6 weeks. When you start stretching it to every 2 months or more I would not call you a "Regular" client to a masseur. I would call you a "Repeat Client" at that point.

That is what I feel the difference between a "Repeat Client" and "Regular Client" would be.

I see the beginnings of an authoritative "best practices guidebook" that we can refer to!! :p:D:oops::rolleyes::rolleyes:

There's regular where you see someone on a recurring and repetitive basis. This provides an expected and depended upon income. And there's regular when you have developed a rapport, or possible a friendly relationship. The timing of your visits may be inconsistent, but the guy knows what his hour or his night is gonna be like.
