Over the years I've known a few guys to change their names. Most were because family or friends got tipped off of their side business. Or they were trying to dodge a crazy client. Usually the pics change as well. Not all have dubious reasons. And yes, there are some guys who feel their brand has become stale and want to rejuvenate. I don't think that's a bad thing if they're trying to acquire newbies who have concerns about mileage. Us veterans know better.

 

As you know, you can ask the escort why the name change. Not sure why so many guys on here spend hours and hours contemplating why a working guy says or does this when you could just ask.

For me personally, I love writing fiction and I've always used character names from my writing for adult films and escorting. In fact I originally was known as Mike Harlan! Before that in the movie Daddy Hunt 6 I went under the alias Adam Aakre.

It could be he is trying to escape bad press or the notoriety brought on by bad reviews. He could be changing his name to rebrand himself for reasons other than bad press. Such as trying to avoid a obsessed client... or trying to just start a new for no other reason than they think its a good idea (it's not always a good idea of course).

 

Or, in a few cases, because they are trying to avoid the law. Like that escort who recently fled criminal charges in ___________(state) and ended up in ____________(state) and frequently moves around the new state under varying escort handles.
