Well I used it probably seven years ago; all of them. One thing I found was I got flushed, sight issues but above all if you think it's going to help your orgasm it isn't, gives you a boner but if you can't release you have a boner sore from trying

I do the same with my nose getting stopped up. Now sometimes the Viagra doesn't work for me erection-wise. But at least I know from the stopped up nose when it should be in my system.

I did feel somewhat flush within about 30 minutes and then tried it once alone and 3 times with escorts...There was some difference but not a raging hard on. Am I expecting too much? I just picked up a bottle that had 4 x 100 mg pills and it was $60 per pill !!! Holy shit. Have those of you who tried 50's then the 100 seen a marked difference? I did sort of wind up a bit hard the next morning so that was a plus. Any experiences you can share about upgrading from 50 to 100 ? Thanks.

There's a big difference between 50 and 100 mg for me. It is expensive, but if it works well for you it is worth getting a batch from India. You have to jump through some hoops to get them payment, but I got more than I could ever use for a little more than you paid for those four pills.

As for expecting too much, I'm sure there are all sorts of factors that have to be considered. One would be your normal erections. If those are usually good, then it's possible viagra can't improve on perfection. On the opposite end, if achieving erections is difficult because of poor blood, nerve disease, etc, then Viagra's effect might not be earth shattering. State of fasting can affect how much you absorb-don't eat a high fat meal before taking it. It's possible one of the other ones might work better for you due to your body's individual chemistry. Mental state can affect things too. I once took a cialis as a test dose. I wasn't planning to have sex and didn't look at anything to up my libido, I had no reaction to it at all as far as I can remember.

I can remember years ago when I first took it (I've always taken the 100 mg), the side effects were worse-headache and red face. Maybe it was because I wasn't used to it. But considering I don't take it that often I doubt I've really built up a tolerance to the side effects. Occasionally I've been on medications that stop the metabolism of Viagra. In those cases I've really had bad side effects-room starts to spin-most likely from it lowering my blood pressure too much.

With that amount of swelling and flushing you probably would have gotten very hard if you were able to let your libido kick in. You still need a reason to get hard. I started doing a couple squirts of Afrin as recommended by @nycman upthread and it completely counteracted the sinus effect. Took something I already enjoyed and made it even better.

 

If you have no need or desire to experience the rock hardness of youth, then I wouldn't bother to try again. But if you do, get a pill splitter and try 50 mg.

Back when I was working and could afford it, I liked Staxyn. It has the same ingredient as Levitra, but it's in a dissolvable base. You hold it on your tongue until it dissolved. It seemed to me it worked faster than the tablets you swallowed.
