The only problem for escorts remaining the same age forever is that it causes at least some potential clients (like me) to wonder what else they are lying about. I fully expect an escort who looks like he could be younger to shave five years (plus or minus) off his age, but there is absolutely no logic for that guy to not advance his age as time passes. Even if he only wanted to claim one year older every 16 months, at least it wouldn't look as ludicrous as pretending to be forever 36 or 39. I hired a guy in my area over 15 years ago who claimed to be in his thirties then (he was probably already in his mid to late forties) and he still lists his age as mid thirties. And, in this case, he has updated at least some of his photos so it makes it look like he's a prematurely aged 36 year old. Where's the appeal in that? And are there really clients who would show up for an appointment with someone who claimed to be 36 who wouldn't walk away when the guy who answered the door was obviously in his late fifties or older? Don't get me wrong -- I think some men in that age group are hot, so I am not suggesting they cannot be sexually desirable. But if someone is paying an escort, isn't that person likely going to feel hustled if the escort has so blatantly lied about this age? A lot of guys can get away with claiming to be five years younger, and some ten years younger. Very, very few guys can claim to be twenty years younger and have anyone believe them. Even for men with lean, muscular bodies, the appearance of skin does change over time.

Whatever model and outlook works for you, is good, so I am not advocating for mine. However.

 

It always struck me the level of some people expectations about providers' honesty. They are selling a product, not preaching on the 10 commandments, so I think some levels of embellishment of themselves should be expected. And accepted. Many clients have some absolutes that I find just irrational. To me the bottom line is wether or not I find the guy attractive and whether or not he is able to provide a satisfactory service. I am not looking for a boyfriend or a confessor who models perfect honesty. I just want a fuck. Fake pictures, inaccurate age, inaccurate stats, etc.; none of those is an obstacle per se, it always depends on the circumstances. Once I meet the guy, I may be happy enough to hire him again, whether or not his profile was 100% accurate. Once we become regulars and we start developing a relationship beyond the performance in the sack, honesty and other positive characteristics may foster the development of a friendship. But I will have no problems with having sex regularly with a lier motherfucker given the sex is good. We will remain just client/escort without any personal affinity beyond sex. That is pretty good.

As long as the guy is over the legal age of consent... who cares about age!? Especially if you find the guy attractive. A lot of these guys work in the porn industry where the next best thing is usually the young (ish) new guy. Honestly, and perhaps sadly, gay culture and attitude has followed suit. I'm proud to be turning 37 next month, and that I am happier, healthier a wiser than ever.
