Hi guys. Can anyone who has been with Jake Archer tell me about their experience with him? I'm not looking for commentary on whether he is Mike Masters or not (there are lots of threads on that). I'm just looking for some details of someone being satisfied with this guy (or not) and why. Thanks guys!

Update: He cancelled on me with not much notice. Said he didn't have enough clients lined up to justify another night at his hotel. But he didn't tell me until the next goddamned day - and only after I contacted him to confirm our meeting. Asshole.

Cliff, why don't you take the time to learn how to post a link. It would seem that when you want to ask for information that this is something you could do.

I understand that Forum members are allowed one non sequitur post per calendar year. So I'd like to ask why so many escorts adopt "Jake" as their professional first name? There are at least three Jakes in the small to medium-sized market from which I typically hire.

Is it a butch name that projects masculinity? hipness? easy to remember? broness-"yo, jake"?

I think it has something to do with prospective parents consulting a fortune teller before their baby (boy) is actually born. The conversation goes something like:

fortuneteller: Ah yes, I see that you will have a son who will take great pleasure in pleasing others - maybe lots of me. I can't be sure. The crystal ball is somewhat cloudy on specifics here. I also see that he might travel a lot and meet many strange-ish men for short appointments, some longer. He will be handsome as the devil, built like the proverbial brick er uh, well you know what kind of house. Wait! the ball is clearing somewhat - I see a huge male appendage and rounded, curvy set of buttocks. Yes, yes, the ball is totally crystal now - he's going to be an escort and be the joy of your old age, since he will be rich and have money to take care of you his doting parents in your old age.

mother: Oh dear, I hoped he'd take after you, Honey, and become an accountant or lawyer.

father: Well this gypsy fortuneteller is known for accuracy. I think we should call him Jake. It projects masculinity, hipness, and is easy to remember. All qualities that will serve him well in the future as he seeks to serve others.

mother: Yes, yes, that's what we'll do.

fortuneteller: Excellent choice, Mr and Mrs Nelson. That will be fifty dollars. Leave it on the table on your way out.
