What do escorts eat when on the road?

I've met with a few visiting escorts here in my hometown (Dallas) and invariably it always seems like they have mini-juice bars setup in their hotel rooms, with lots of protein shake powder, etc. Which made me wonder: what do escorts actually eat when on the road?

Eating while traveling can be hard on the waistline, and if you're an escort that can be bad for business, so I'm interested in how guys maintain their physique when they don't have a kitchen in which to do meal prep, etc.

Ditto the protein powders and shakes.... seen that in a lot of hotel rooms.

If you're creative, take a fitness guy to the right buffet. While it's not what I'd choose for the ultimate quality, I know a place or two with good quality all-you-can-eat asian seafood. It can be fun watching a jock go to town on all you can eat sashimi - all protein.

AirBnB or just Extended Stay or any hotel offering rooms with kitchens/kitchenettes enable preparing one's own meals. An escort buddy of mine with hookups on top of hookups has a lady friend prepare his meals whenever he's in LA. One can also travel with fitness-oriented frozen meals like Tastefully Plated's Paleo meals in a meal carrier bag that's checkable or a second carry-on. I also both bring a buncha MetRx bars with me and end up buying more in almost every (U.S.) city I travel to.

But "what do escorts . . . eat on the road" is a broad question. Diff guys handle it differently. Some escorts I know are being taken out for meals often. Others who perhaps pay less attention to staying "on the rez" as far as diet is concerned while traveling might just wing it.

Interested in hearing from other musclehead escorts on this who are serious about nutrition/meals while traveling. Between keeping up with the gym, eating clean food (". . . avoid the clam chowder"), seeing clients, (often too much) text negotiations with prospectives and maybe taking personal time to just go see a show, travel ain't always easy.

It's not for many, but I enjoy the military-style backpacking instant meals when on the road. I avoid anything at a breakfast nook that isn't already sealed like oatmeal packets or individual cereal. Way too often I've gotten sick with the out in the open stuff. Open juices or milk in a vase is a big no-no also. Always check expiration dates when possible, because a sizable percentage of places don't.

Speaking of hotel breakfasts....I've found its not always the food but the utensils that can make one sick. When I go to any breakfast buffet, I don't care if there's 1 or 100 people in line (Orlando hotel breakfast areas are like a school cafeteria), I only touch the handles with paper towels, never my bare hands.

I try to make smart and semi-healthy eating choices, but I have neither the desire, nor motivation for a body-builders diet of protein shakes and juices. When I'm home we cook a majority of our meals, so when I'm on the road I have to rely on restaurants a lot and dare I say, often fast food. I definitely don't eat as healthy when traveling, but I also tend to not eat as much when I'm busier, which is usually the case when traveling. I usually will keep on hand some healthier snacks, like almonds and fiber-rich snack bars.

I admire the extremes that many of these muscled guys go to, between the diet, injections, and myriad of vitamins and supplements, but obtaining that body type just simply isn't my focus.

Eating on the road can be challenging. I'm used to eating a ton of food (2700-3000 calories a day) that is mostly plant-based. I'm also an intermittent faster so I restrict my eating to, at most, an 8 hour window of time. When I'm traveling, the challenges are getting enough food and water, so I inevitably end up losing weight.

One of the first things I do when I reach where I'm going is find a local grocery store. I buy a couple of big water bottles that I can refill and keep cold so I always have water. I also buy tons of fruit, nuts, protein shakes, and other snacks for my room so I have things to eat on demand.

I almost always have to get creative with food. I'm pretty rigid about timing so there are definitely days where I'm not eating enough but won't eat more because of the time. I also have a workout schedule at home that I will tweak as needed to fit into the time and travel plans I have.

When I just read the title, I thought OP wanted to tell us if escorts ate some special foods so that it would be easier to clean out.

That wasn't my intention -- I was really thinking more about physique preservation -- but I can certainly see how clean out factors would be helpful for certain escorts. (I have a hunch nobody is rushing to check out some of the great Indian food buffets we have here in Dallas!) :p

As a matter of fact, that sounds lovely. Indian veg food isn't really a problem, though the quantity I can eat at a buffet might mean eating after a play date would be a better option.

Naan-coma...

If I'm understanding what you're saying (". . . wanted to tell us if escorts ate" = "wanted to ask escorts if they eat"?) correctly, hopefully this short thread alone will expand your understanding of the escort market. Most of my clients are bottoms, either physically or psychologically. And many of the guys I know who are making a LOT of money are bodybuilders or (straight) guys with remarkable physiques who don't top or bottom and have large worship and/or oral clienteles.

It also doesn't quite stand up to second thoughts that an escort with a lot of top clients would be eating differently on the road than at home. It seems to me they'd just be packing a lot of enemas into a checked bag and/or stopping at Walgreen's on the way from the airport to the hotel. :)

BYO plastic utensils. The cleanliness of cutlery has reached epic lows. I some time ago ate at a restaurant where the silverware was in a mini bag at my table. When I emptied it out, dozens of tiny black ants scurried all over the place. The place about a month later had a kitchen fire that closed it down for about a year before reopening. I haven't eaten there since my incident, but have wondered if they still serve what can now be called fire ants.

I don't know where you eat... But that's just disgusting and would never bring my own utensils....
