I've heard a lot of complains about use condom to do oral. I tried to make a research on this fórum about this topic, but i couldn't find. Would like to hear what you guys think about it.

And, if oral condom is a deal breaker for you, so...is that mean you don't care about exposing yourself?

thanks guys

Mark

HATE being blown w/ a condom on!

Not interested. IF the guy sucking me says he doesn't want my load I will honor that and pull out to shoot! I prefer to be swallowed and to go soft in the mouth that blew me before pulling/slipping out BUT I am no fool and would never double cross a man who has my cock and his teeth in his mouth.

My understanding is that oral is low risk - lower if you swallow rather than hold cum in your mouth and spit -- Obviously goes to say no mouth wounds bleeding gums etc.

Condoms are for fucking

It is more complicated than that. I am sure health specialists and professionals like @funguy or @Juan Vancouver can give you a better explanation, but oral is low risk only for HIV. There are many other diseases that can be easily transmitted by oral.

If you are a germaphobic you do not need an oral condom, you need a full body condom.

It is a total deal breaker for me, totally. I do not suck covered dicks, and I don't cover mine to get sucked. No way.

so you guys prefer to put yourself in risk just for a moment pleasure instead of use protection and maybe keep doing it without any concern? I mean, just wondering...I saw some threads that our friend @not2rowdy shared but I didn't see anybody saying about being concerned to adquire any STD...more about regretting after get for the first time. (I didn't take hours to read each thread...but those i saw i didnt see...)

I suggest you put that on your Rentmen add (Oral ONLY w/ Condom) so you aren't surprising guys who want to spend time with you!

People expect condoms for anal -- or discuss bb -- so condoms for fucking isn't going to surprise -- Condoms for oral is going to surprise.

There may be a market/clientele out there that enjoys what you are suggesting -- not sure how big a group it is!

There's nothing about my rentmen profile. I create this thread just to be discussed...not for my personal use.

I wanted to know how concerned are you guys about STDs...conclusion is not that concerned, so far...right?

Yup. I can live a totally risk-free life by avoiding all pleasures, but that's no life. Everything's got a bit of risk associated with it.

This is an issue I've discussed with some of my gay friends and the consensus is no one including myself likes it - it's like sucking a plastic/silicone dildo.

Well, if you see in that way probably it will be seen in that way if you know what i mean...if you care about yourself and understand that this help you prevent a lot of future irreversible issues then you will act as normal...

Well, we can talk about that in private if you want, would be my pleasure :) or you can ask people who already been with me they definetely know how I work.

The thing is at least for us escort...having any of the low STD (the bactéria ones) it costs us 10 days without work...which means loss of things including cash. If we got the viruses ones...we pratically limit our job or start to use protection to dont pass it to clients...so, the point is: at the end the solution will be the protection to avoid this. So was curious to see what you guys think about that and I also respect any opinions about use or don't use...each one own your life

Best,

Mark

I believe I've posted about this in many other threads, but what's one more? It's a very important topic and requires each of us to make informed personal choices. Unprotected oral sex is a vector for many STDs and STIs. The risk varies because different STDs and STIs require different environments to survive. Generally speaking and assuming you have good oral hygiene (no cuts, sores, ulcers from very spicy foods, etc.) then the following applies:

Chlamydia: HIGH RISK. It's easy to catch via unprotected oral sex and is also able to create a localized colony in the throat that doesn't show up on blood tests. The only way to test for it is to culture a throat swab. Currently able to be treated though a handful of cases have been documented of a treatment-resistant strain in the wild.

Gonorrhea: HIGH RISK. It loves the throat and mouth too and is easy to catch. It also is able to create a local colony that doesn't appear on blood tests. A throat swab for culturing is required. Gonorrhea has been adding resistance for some time. There are strains in the wild that are resistant to all know treatments, but these strains have not been seen in the USA, yet.

HIV: LOW RISK. Only a handful of cases of transmission have ever been documented and even those are open to debate.

HPV: HIGH RISK. Some strains love the mouth and throat and will happily setup shop and possibly cause cancer later. Preliminary studies suggest the prevalence of unprotected oral sex is driving the significant growth in oral cancer cases over the past decade. GET THE 9-VARIANT HPV VACCINE if you plan to engage in unprotected oral sex.

HSV (Herpes): HIGH RISK. One or more strains are quite happy in the mouth and throat. They are manageable, but cannot be cured.

Meningitis: LOW RISK. Meningitis is spread via mucous/saliva exchange, so deep kissing someone who's infected or tag-team sucking a cock with an infected person could result in transmission. The outbreaks are fairly limited right now and there are vaccines.

Syphilis: HIGH RISK. This is another that we've seeing creeping back up and again, seems to be linked to the unprotected oral sex that men who have sex with men engage in. Fortunately, it's still very treatable, but there is at least one known resistant strain that is spreading very quickly among the gay community and is difficult to treat.

Trichomoniasis: LOW/MEDIUM: Not many cases can be confirmed transmitted via oral sex, but it's possible. It's currently treatable with the right diagnosis and treatment.

Just remember if this is something you want to practice you have to tell people in advance. Clearly most don't want to wrap it up first.
