They may come with zip ties with serial numbers on them, so you can send him away with them on and he could get out in an emergency, but you'd know if he did and presumably there'd be hell to pay afterwards. This is true with the smaller cages and a larger penis. The longer your in it the more you conform to the cage shape and length. Some wont even get full on hardons after removing the device from a long term stint. These effects however are not permanent, which is some guys issue with chastity. After a day or two of being free, sometimes up to a week depending on your body everything will return to normal.
