I am getting together with someone tomorrow night and am extremely nervous about what to expect. I am not sure if I should make the first move when we get together or what to expect during my time.

If you're not sure how to begin or even what you are "into", this guy needs to be well-reviewed. Personally, I stick with a handshake with a new guy. Offer him some water so you can do a little chit chat and get a sense of one another. My strategy is to make sure that we are seated within touching distance. While you are talking you can casually touch his arm or leg or start the physical contact in multiple ways. I've always found that gets things started in a friendly easygoing way.

 

Just don't let him get seated in a guest chair where one of you will eventually have to say something along the lines of, "Should we get started?" without ever having touched. I always find that awkward. If there is just a bed, or a bed and a couch, you're golden. Let him take a seat and then plant yourself near him. If there is a chair in the room put some dirty clothes or something on it and then suggest where he should sit.

 

That's my strategy. Your mileage may vary depending on how take charge your man is. It'll be fine. Just keep reminding yourself that this is not his first rodeo!

I appreciate all of your comments. I am staying at a suite hotel. One room has a couch, chair, and kitchen area. The other room is a king sized bed. I will definitely make sure the chair has something on it so we can sit on the couch. I thought about having something to drink for us. (Beer/water/etc.) I know I will need to take a deep breath before he comes in the room. Just thinking about it makes me really nervous.

Sometimes I'll ask the guy if he wants me to have anything particular of his own choosing in the room for him to drink. 9 out of 10 times they decline the offer - but still polite of me to have asked....also, if not mentioned yet in any other replies / suggestions to you - I only hire tops....I always confirm with them if they bring their own "supplies" (lube/condoms/etc). At the same time I always mention that I can have on hand too. If a top has favorite brands that he likes or "works' best with, I absolutely want those brands to be available to us - either supplied by him or by me.
