Am I the only one this has happened to?

When I have a client view my page I alway engage in conversation first unless they contact me. I say hello and ask how they are. Some answer back and some do not and that's fine. Although the ones who don't reply and visit my page 10 more times after that kind of intrigue me as to what they want. But that's a different topic. The ones I start a conversation with and have ended up setting up a date and time and then a day before or so they just go silent. If they do not want to follow through with the appointment that's fine but atleast say something. For me to wait and plan my time and deny said time to other clients is unfair for me and others. It's annoying. I had a client message me and we spoke for several messages and set up a time and place and then when I message him a day before I get no response. Then I message again the morning of and no response. It's a waste of my time and makes me quite upset because that's time I could have used to set something up with a client that really wanted to see me or that would follow through.

I would think you would be far better off waiting for people to contact you instead of engaging them while on your linked webpage. Some might construe that as an unwelcome engagement on your part which in turn leads them to scheduling an appointment just to get out of a conversation they didn't want to be a part of in the first place. If people are really interested in you, they will contact you.

This is 100% correct. There's a fine line between being a good salesman and looking desperate.

In a business where time is money, don't waste yours. With the right marketing, clients will find you without fail.

Yeah I always found it interesting when the same client has viewed my page almost every day/every other day for months... However I don't message them first, as if I did that with everyone that viewed my profile, it would be too many messages sent especially on on someone you don't even know is serious in the first place. Like someone said above if someone is really interested they will message you first. They are probably window shopping, or jerking off to your pics every day, jk lol :D:p

What I hate even worse is when, a client messages me and says he's coming into the city 2/3 weeks later and wants to see if I'm available. I tell them yes but please message me closer to the date your arriving. Usually those who message me so early never plan through.

I understand that completely and I don't message every single client that views my page. Usually just ones that do repeat visits. And I understand all too well about "window shopping". The ones that I'm specifically talking about are ones that usually message me first, such as the latest one messaged me first about a week before and wanted to schedule an appointment. I said I'd be available on said date around that time. He messaged me and had a conversation with me over the week and then as I said above the day before and the day of goes quiet.

I've had a few do that as well message me and tell me they'd like to book me in 2/3 weeks when they get into town.

Side note as well, I have been told by a few clients that they would like a little more conversations from escorts. Granted I know each client is different. They come to us looking for something and that's what we are here to do. And yes I'm still learning because I am still some what new, but I strive to be the best at everything I do.

Many would be clients are just window shopping. So... let them shop. They will filter themselves out by contacting you if interested. I tried your tactic a long time ago and found it to be a big waste of time. Put yourself in their position.

Imagine clicking on an EBay listing and the seller sends a message 5 mins. Later asking if you want to buy their item.

I don't mind an escort reaching out to me after I have viewed his profile and I always respond. I also make sure their is no ambiguity at the end of our exchange. Possible outcomes are:

Meeting set up.

Will try and set something up if/when he is in my area (for out of towners)

No plans to meet w/feedback... not what I am looking for ( top only, muscle worship, no kissing, too dom, too expensive, etc.)

I have met with a couple of men who I might not have tried if they hadn't reached out to me. Mostly good experiences.

A question for providers: do the websites where you place your ads give you a lot of information about site visitors (such as location from where they visited your site, when they did so, and what search engine terms they used to find your ad)? Do you get the same information from nonregistered users?
