I've had a completely different experience. The initial contact went really well, we passed a couple emails and then moved to text. We set a tentative date, then followed up with a couple more texts and a phone conversation, and now have a meeting scheduled.

 

Sorry to hear that your communications with him went south @Fyton. I don't know why the question you asked hit him wrong because he has been extremely friendly and outgoing with me.

 

One difference (and I'm not saying this is the right or only way to do it) may be that my initial contact with a new guy just says something like, "Your pictures look great and I am interested in meeting. Please check out my profile and let me know if you think we are a good match." It's my way of checking their seriousness and professionalism. I save any specific questions for follow up messages.

 

The guy is smoking hot. He has incredible legs and I like his many hairstyles. I go with my gut and I have a really good feeling about him. We will see if that feeling was correct.

I just spent another incredible afternoon with Marco. His current hairstyle is short on the sides and longish on the top -- for those who get concerned over his many hairstyles. Gorgeous, sweet, sexy man. Not sure how long he plans to be in Austin, but it sounds like he plans on being in Houston for a while this trip. Lucky Houston.
