Client to Escort

So a thought just popped into my brain:

 

Not that I'm thinking of making an exciting career change, but has any of the members on this forum ever started as a client and then thought, "hey this is really fun and I think I'd do well in this profession...I know, I'll become an escort!"? If so, what was the attraction of going into the bizness? Did you find the transition of role easy or difficult?

In a way yes. I'd been seeing masseurs for massage, and after one of the more erotic massages thought to myself "I could do this." So I put a massage ad in the BAR (this shows how long ago it was) and gave it a go. Then as I started to take massage appointments I decided what I really wanted to do was escorting so I went that route.

 

I've had clients where I've told them they could hold their own as escorts if they ever wanted to give it a try. There is a niche for men of all ages. My only caveat would be "don't quit your day job" ... as discussed in the other threads here business is not what it was for most guys, and for most perhaps escorting may make more sense as a "gig" rather than a full-time endeavor.

I think this is not uncommon in the massage community, especially for those who have no interest in the highly therapeutic and technical massages but also watch a lot of massage videos and really try to learn the basics.

Forgot to mention the examples I know of here were guys who went back to college or grad school a little later than they intended and found themselves with chopped up schedules and less money than they were used to, so doing massage made sense as they controlled their time and had a decent amount of know-how.

They were sexy, engaging in bed, and personable. If someone truly enjoys sex, it is sexy and shows through their personality. I don't believe any of them took the leap though, due to their familial status, employment obligations and risk of discovery, desire for privacy, or what have you.
