As many other times has been said, at least for me Eli and Jake.

I'd go with Jake from that list (I've had a massage from Carl which, while wonderful and sensual, may not be...as traditional a massage as you may want). Jake is first and foremost an incredible masseur and gives an incredible massage. The rest is bonus (and what a bonus it is). Nice guy, great to talk to, very sensual but very skilled as working out the kinks in a real and legitimate way
