I had a well known escort cancel the morning of an appointment due to illness. He said he was feeling sick after an overnight client. While disappointed, I accepted the reason and we rescheduled for his next visit. There was no offer of a comp or an adjustment for next time. A month later, morning of he canceled again with same excuse of not feeling well. We didn't reschedule as he did not reply to my response. I was not really in the mood to give this a third shot anyway.

Another instance I had to cancel on an escort due to being sick. But there was a couple days notice on my part. He was disappointed but acted professional about the situation. We subsequently met a couple months later on his next DC visit. At the end of the session not only did I pay the two hour fee but also gave him half the fee for the session I had canceled on previously.

He was stunned and said a client had never done such ever before. I felt it was the right thing to do on my part as he'd lost revenue and may not have been able to replace the business even with a couple days notice. Side note, in my professional life it's a standard procedure to pay a percentage of the contract value in the event of cancelling a conference. I just applied that to my agreement with the escort.

We met several times before he retired and the escort tacked on an extra hour to our next few sessions at no additional fee. When he retired he sent me a nice note and remembered how I'd paid him for the cancellation. We lost touch but I assume he's doing well in his new career.

That was a pretty decent thing to do. Class Act!

Would love to have a frequent client punch card with you. Do you get the NYC? I see you will be in Boston.

I may make it to NY mid to late July.

PK, I understand your wish. Victor forces me to question my conviction that I am only a bottom.

Both great compliments indeed! Thank you! I'll bring the Inner Vers out of you that you didn't even know existed.

If you keep a contact list, please put me on it. Otherwise I will just keep an eye out on your Rent Man ad.

I was greeted by a guy I'd hired -third visit, for a 24-hour session - with "wow, Im really spent from the prior client. I dont think I'll even be able to cum..."

Was I entitled to complimentary orgasms during subsequent sessions?

Think I would have said thank you, see you later ......

I'm curious from a client perspective here. What do you guys think would be the best course of action?

Option 1: Provider keeps appointment knowing they are not able/willing to give 100%

Option 2: Last minute cancel

open and honest communication! a 24 hour appt indicates cumming to me! Maybe MULTIPLE times!!! I would think Escort would plan for these things.

I've had guys cancel on me, including one inactive forum member who cancelled 2 hours AFTER the meeting time because he found another client who wanted an overnight - more income than my 2-hour appt scheduled a week in advance. Hugely annoying but the interesting thing is that it didn't seem odd at all to him to do that (I've heard he's done the same with other clients... word gets around).

My doctor and dentist cancel/reschedule on me occasionally and neither has ever offered me any sort of discount - annoying but understandable. I don't expect a discount from any professional companion if there is a reasonable advance notice given. If a guy is sick or not able to give the level of service he'd like then I would prefer that he reschedule me than a half-hearted experience.

Ya know, i honestly dont remember exactly what happened. I know i had a good time part of the session, and i remember that he was able to perform. I dont remember whether he was able to climax. I also remember being unhappy with much of the non-hotel room experience, (whereas the social time for prior visits was a blast)

I'd seen him multiple times.

I never saw him again, though, for a variety of reasons. There are alot of elements that make up the chemistry of these interactions, and my standards for being a repeat customer. Particlularly for overnights or extended visits. I consider not just bedroom performance, but attitude and behaviors during the session, scheduling reliability, and even an intangible BS factor.

I had a client recently who cancelled at the last minute. He didn't explain why but said since he knew it was too short notice for me to find another client he said I could come by and just collect my $400 for the 90 minutes we had planned. I figured maybe he would change his mind by the time of our appointment so I went to his place at the agreed time. He was waiting outside, ran up to me as soon as my Lyft arrived, handed me the cash, and ran back to his house. I figure someone was home who he wasn't expecting to be home that day. I immediately sent him a message telling him that I am more than happy to just consider it a payment in advance if he wanted to reschedule. A few days later he contacted me to see if I was serious about still meeting him based on the money he had already given me. I told him "of course!" He booked a hotel room a few days later, and we had a great time.

The escort I'm currently seeing who is my regular offered a second hour free for our first meeting. I told him it was not necessary but he insisted. Turns out it was the beginning of something truly special. Smart and savvy I'd say. Lol. Been with him since.

I've had to cancel before. It's regrettable but it has happened. Three times were for weekend trips. None were at the extreme last minute.

One escort I had to cancel on was @stevenkesslar for a weekend trip. Again it wasn't last minute. I let him have the airplane tickets he was going to use to get to me for his own use. The tickets were on Southwest so he was able to use the full amount of the tickets without any penalties. Another escort I had to cancel on was Trey Casteel-former porn star. But I sent him his fee anyway. It's sad because he quit escorting soon after that, and I didn't get to see him before he quit.

First, I am my mother's son. She has dementia.

Second, when and where was that? I know I'm as old as the hills, but I have no recollection of that. And I'm not just doing a Jared Kushner impersonation.

Assuming you are correct, and I have dementia, this should tell readers something about how much it matters in the long run. It doesn't. Perhaps because most of my clients were long-term clients who hired me for an evening, a day, or longer, the cancellation rate was low - I always figured lower than most other professionals.

Assuming, of course, you are generous in allowing a whore with dementia to call herself a professional.:p:oops:

Besides the post I made on this topic last year, going on a slight tangent...

I've made a bet with a popular guy. I won the bet. He offered to do an overnight for free. When he was in my area last time we met for 2 hours (which had been planned in advance). However, before I was to depart, he wanted me to stay overnight to claim my bet, but I couldn't. I don't know if I miss the boat on that offer. I don't want to bring it up regularly until he does though. :p

I also have been offered a free session for barter. A regular wants me to paint him a picture. I told him the painting would be a gift... nothing in exchange necessary. He said he wants to give me something for it when I'm done. That something is his body. :p

This last one isn't a comp or barter. (Although the guy has consistently gone above and beyond with his time, especially if something happened when he was late for our meet ups.) I try to see him at least once a year. I would love to see him more, but time, distance, and money prevent me from doing so. He went from charging me his standard rate for overnights to highly discounted rates for overnights. However, in recent times he hasn't been able to do overnights at all. He would would stay with me for 8 hours or more. We have such a great time together. He wants to make it easier to see each other from the last time i saw him on. The only money he asks for is gas money and tolls. So pretty much for the typical one hour rate, I get to see him for almost half a day or more. I can't wait to see him in a few weeks. :)

Maybe. :p

Honestly, if the last guy wanted to date (he dropped hints about it almost every time we've met in the last few years), I would. The fact he keeps reducing his fee just to see me for extended periods... got me all types of giddy.

Neither of us are in the right space for it, but in future maybe it will evolve to something serious.

That's nice. I always feel emotional intimacy happier than physical pleasure.

@stevenkesslar -I didn't expect you to remember. This occurred back in 2006 or 2007. I think I was going to bring you to San Antonio, Tx. I had to cancel for one of two reasons-either I was ill and being a nice guy I didn't want to expose you to germs or possibly I was just about to lose my job-and didn't feel as if I should spend the money when I wasn't sure when I would be getting a new job.

It seems to me that when we talked and arranged for you to get the airplane tickets -you had mentioned maybe wanting to go to some type of music festival in Austin. But that may be totally incorrect. This all happened 9 to 10 years ago-so my memory is fuzzy too.

I'm very sorry about your Mom. That's what we were dealing with in my father over the last year and a half.

Well, I do think in addition to both being classy guys, we do both have dementia. I've never been to Austin, and I doubt I would have wanted to go to a musical festival there.

In over a decade of flying here, there, and everywhere I was only stood up once in a way that even remotely bothered me. If I recall right (sure, Steven!) it was for a weekend get together in Boston. What bothered me is that the story he used to justify the cancellation (a potentially serious illness) dragged it out over a series of days, and he didn't pull the plug until right after I actually landed in Boston. Right or wrong, I felt kind of stranded, and kind of fucked with.

While we're on the subject of fucking. The obvious solution was to go to Providence, RI, which was quite close, and I'd always wanted to visit. So I spent a day doing that. It also has a very nice sex club, full of very nice, sexy men. By the time I left, a number of them felt fucked with, as did I.

Which is one of the great sides benefits of being a professional whore. When all goes wrong, you get to have sex for free. ;)

Reading replies by @stevenkesslar on these boards makes me regret having never followed through on my interest in hiring him. I remember monitoring his ads frequently. I remember great reviews. Not sure, but I may have been one of those guys who contacts a scort, asks questions, then just drifts. I even have a vague recollection of trying to schedule, but couldnt because of scheduling challenges, (wouldnt swear to that.) I knew he existed and looked as advertised, because I saw him in front of Cliff's in the Castro.

I wonder why I never followed through.
