it's a case of a really nice guy who is good looking feeling the need to use pictures that are not his.

i met him and really like(d) him, but i still have an ethical issue about the use of phony pics - i raised it before on this board in reference to an asian guy who has proudly been using the same pics for a good 12 years now!

it is not my place to lecture - but: it is impossible to know that a picture is phony UNTIL you actually meet the guy - at that point it is too late and therein lies the problem.

He may be a "likable" chap. But when you are an escort/masseur it's a pretty good guess that, people ( gay men in particular) are shopping based on looks. PIG IN A POKE is never a happy beginning. Forget the happy ending.

Yes, there's no good excuse for using fake pics, but for the record Robert does (did) give a fine massage. He was my go to guy MANY years ago. I had discovered him thru Craigslist and don't recall the pics he was using at the time. Obviously I didn't feel duped when he showed up. Only reason I stopped seeing him was that he couldn't host and I stopped inviting masseurs to my place.

I consider myself a very easy-going client. There are 3 simple things I ask for: an easy booking process, a verification selfie, and truth in advertising. No matter how good looking the guy is, if his pix are those of someone else, I may sleep with him (I'm a horndog) but he will never get invited back. No matter what skill or face you put on it, fraud is always ugly in my book.

I have had a few occasions where someone showed up who does NOT post his own pix. "Winny" from Rentmen comes to mind... https://rentmen.com/Winny ...what DID show up was an equally handsome, and pleasant young man who I chose to see on and off for a few years, as his posted pix are at least very similar to himself. THAT is NOT the case with "Robert". *Pig in a poke*
