In four years his PR people can attempt to spin his "redemption" - particularly if he's still a solid performer. Granted, Michael Phelps' fall from grace wasn't as high-profile, but they did manage to figure out how to market him again.

I can't recall what Phelps did but Lochte got the entire country of Brasil to look on America in a different way or at least in a less favorable way. I am not sure how we are going to fix that.
