I think we have a wording problem here. By "requiring " no one is meaning forcing somebody to do anything.

If you do not enjoy your meeting when the escort does not cum, let's say that you pleasure requires his ejaculation. It is a requirement for your enjoyment of the experience.

It would be unusual for an escort not to ejaculate at least once in the course of an overnight or weekend. I guess as to the others, if they can't reliably ejaculate, you don't rehire them.
