Lance, do you have anything to say about Juan's comment that one needs to wait 30-60 minutes after douching for things to 'settle down'?

I would say that depends on how well you know your body. It often can take that long to realize that you still have water up there, so it's not a bad idea. Because I clean out pretty much daily, I can almost always tell whether I'm ready or not. Another benefit of prepping ahead of time is that you allow your prostate to relax, as it can become irritated with a lengthy douching session.

If I ate foods like rice, which make your movements slow down, if I made a through deep cleanse, if I took a couple imodioums, I can douche and stay pristine for up to 24 hours.

 

If you are planning to play for that long, I suggest your first douching session happens 4 hours before playing. Put a moderate amount of water inside, then put your body on a decline position where your head is lower than your feet. This will allow the water to go deeper. Stay there for a few minutes, then douche a couple more times. Water doesn't have to come out clean, you just have to start the movement. This will bring A LOT of stuff out. One hour before playing, douche again. This will take a bit longer because you have water deep down, but once the water is coming out perfectly clean, it means you are clean much deeper. This, depending on your own personal digestive tract, should last a lot longer than a regular douche.

Back in the day, the first time I was with a pro was the first time that I bottomed; I was not prepared at all. Good advice!! My best friend is the hose and douche I have hooked up to my shower! Are you using the fleet chemicals? If so you may want to consider dumping it out and using plain water, those chemical are really harsh to use over and over again and water accomplishes the same thing.

And remember that if you are douching in a developing country, use bottled water!!!! I had to learn the hard way several times before I figured out what was making me sick.

I use the hose overtime I bttm and very very rarely have an issue when I am bottoming. With that being said I also prep well before the encounter, if one is cleaned out correctly, in most cases, you should expel clear liquids a bit of time later after the original cleaning. I think the mistakes one makes is preparing to close to the actual time of the encounter, being a bttm is a lot of work!!!!

 

Yeah, you should make sure ALL the water is released.
