Hey all, this seems like a very welcoming community, and one where we can be frank. So.. erm.. as someone very new to this business, here's my situation:

 

I fear that I may be at a disadvantage because I primarily bottom. OP, here's the sobering reality. There are tons of people who will write you off for having a small dick. As you're on way to drive to an outcall, someone will cancel on you and tell you, "Sorry I found someone with a bigger dick, size rules, am no longer interested."
