I heard clients do this. Frankly, I think it's awful to do so. I have and never will cancel or be a no show. It's too bad escorts don't have a way of communicating with each other about clients to avoid.

Escorting is a business. As clients we should be guaranteed that the escort does not misrepresent himself in the ad and is willing to go thru with agreed about services (kissing, fucking, etc.). Escorts should be guaranteed that the client will pay the fee and not ask for "surprise" services such as barebacking or different positions after an agreement has been reached.

I think back to a former friend of mine who like to degrade escorts. He called them names and treated them as street trash. He was amazed he could never get a second appointment with an escort. That's why I wish there was a way for escorts to review clients, but that probably will never happen.

For me, escorts who are successful have amazing job skills transferable to the main economy.

I would gladly help any escort who needs help with his resume and would like assistance finding a job.

  • 2 months later...
Escorts have varying definitions of "No Show" clients and vary from a cancellation with proper notice to a literal no response / no show with a confirmed time, etc.

My definition falls into the later of the client not showing up without notification. Clients in this category are only permitted to schedule again if they pay a deposit in advance. Depending on the severity of the situation, this may range from 1/3rd of the session fee to the entire session fee.

SUPPORT. Upon receiving the deposit I pretend nothing ever happened, cash in hand-- out of sight out of mind. We are running a business after all O:)

There's quite a few of us here who would know exactly how to handle this. I'm happy to read you two are no longer friends, if he treated the guys like that I could only imagine how poorly he treated the people around him that consider him a friend. I enjoy your tone and your posts, I haven't came across you yet but it's nice to see another friendly face on the forum :D

well if the no show client has a good reason for not showing up then a 2nd chance is fine but its met with some hesitation. If a first time client does this I don't know whether the excuse is real or he was playing me all this time. Also it depends if the client gives me a heads up he's not showing up before the planned meeting or he texts me giving me a reason hours later or the next day.

More often than not when a first time client doesn't show up then it just never happens. However I have a good heart and believe everyone is good so a 2nd chance with me will most likely always happen. But if it happens twice then no escort should never do a third chance, then your just playing yourself.

Things happen and sometimes cancellations are necessary. I cancelled a meet due to an ongoing illness. The cancellation was 6 full days prior to the planned meeting which I believe is more than enough notice for an escort to book another client. I regretted having to do it but I don't feel the bad/guilty about it and I would be surprised/annoyed if an escort black balled me for this. A no show is just rude and unless you are in a coma or in an accident on the way to the meeting, you should be able to text the escort and let him know that you cannot make the appointment.

I still make appts with cancels and no shows but only when it's convenient and will take a reliable regular if a request comes in at the same time. I have the usual 2 or 3 that make appointments and then break them almost religiously. It's hard to get mad at it when it's ten minutes before you meet, get the text that they can't make it, and then go right back into that workout you started an hour before because you knew it was coming :). If they do show up, a Little sweat never killed no body, with advanced noticed OF COURSE ;). I have five more pounds of mass to gain and the last five seasons of charmed to watch, If they show up I'll be here. The point is don't be pissed, be prepared.

@killianjamesnyc I fail to understand how anyone would stand you up. I would more likely to be too nervous to try to book you! If I did overcome that nervousness, I would be there and probably embarrass myself.

I'm with you Mike. I'd probably be a gibbering wreck but I'd risk it! Certainly wouldn't cancel!

I had a client contact me about 2 months ago and asked me to come to him about 45 mins from me, I did and when I arrived he didn't answer the door or the phone. I got in my car and left. The client never responded, even the next day. About 3 weeks ago the same number texts me and says "are you available, I am sorry about last time I fell asleep". Now one, I know one could fall asleep, but if that was the case why not respond the next morning and be apologetic? I responded this time with I am sorry but I can't waste my time again coming to you not knowing if you will be there when I arrive and said however for a deposit I will come see you. He said no thanks, a week goes by same client messages are you available........I mentioned the deposit again and haven't heard back since.....in this case I will now not give a second chance. Many times I have, even without a deposit when you know something happened out of ones control and he apologizes for it.

At little sweat would be a plus in my book for sure especially if I can bury my face in your jockstrap clad crotch!

I'll give second, third and fourth chances... life happens... maybe someone chickens out... work travel... i get it.. and never really get upset.... except for that one time in Dallas... but like the rest.. I require a non refundable deposit to secure a second chance. I've literally heard every excuse in the book... it's actually kind of funny how elaborate people get sometimes....

This policy applies to anyone who cancels the day before to those who say that are coming the morning of with a double confirmation and then are complete no shows at the time of the appointment. I save every number and name and take notes on how it went down... flake, day before cancellation...etc.... I also take notes on people who cancel a few days before to see if a pattern pops up. There was recently a thread on me where someone said I "jipped" them... It was this exact scenario... He completely flaked on me the first appointment... whatever... contacted me again... I said of course... but I require a deposit to secure the appointment.... He paid for 2 hours....flaked the second appointment... then got upset when I didn't refund him the full deposit. I only refunded him half... Sorry not sorry.....
