Getting back to the original question (and speaking as a big fan of uncut), I've always assumed the foreskin referred to the escort's being cut or not. If the pictures indicate cut but the ad text indicates they're not, it's either a mistake, or a fake, or at best a bad angle on the picture. Kind of like the designation for 'body hair' (something I pay a lot of attention to as I very much prefer hairy chests), some guys say "smooth" and are hairy in their pictures, some said "somewhat hairy" and the pictures are smooth as smooth can be.
