Paris Saunas

Is anyone familiar with the Paris sauna scene? I am getting lots of "yes" answers by exceptionally good looking Paris boys on A4A when I query if they escort. I know the old addage here to not hire unless reviewed. I take some risks but not enough to host in my temp housing, an apartment in the 16th. I have arranged to meet escorts at bath houses in the U.S. when I could not host. Would that be any less workable in Paris for any reason? Thanks
