Probably not. While I have baseline standards as far as looks, personality and outlook on life are more of a factor in whether I'd enjoy myself, and without some interaction than posited in your hypothetical, I wouldn't have enough of a read on them to make a decision. Being with Madonna suggests that he's interested in glamour and glitz, which by itself would take him out of the running, and I'd want to be the one initiating conversation and, ultimately, doing the asking. The likelihood I'd say yes to anyone I didn't already know who came up to me and said "Let's fuck" outside of situations where one's presence amounts to an automatic declaration of interest in having sex is very low.

Not denying it. I don't enjoy getting hit on by men, particularly without any leadup that indicates he realizes I'm a person and not just a live sex toy. It also gives me a way to read his personality and interests. Men with sexist/retrograde attitudes are not likely to approach sex the same way I do, and conversation would help to weed them out.

As someone who is often told that she thinks, analyzes, or worries too much, I agree.

Another explanation is that the atmosphere that made him feel more comfortable expressing interest. It's much easier to talk to someone you're attracted to at a night-time party with a drink in one's hand than at a crowded law school class in which everyone is nervously waiting to be called on.

 

Also, on a subconscious level, men see a sexy outfit as a sign that one is open to being hit on. (I've seen literature on this and will post it if it turns up.)
