Photo Sharing Question

Hope this is the appropriate place to post this question.

 

I'd like to find a site where I can set up an account for the organization that I work with. We would then encourage our members to upload any pics they take at various events to that account.

 

It would be helpful if the site would notify me when someone uploads pics so that I can be sure they are appropriate, etc.

 

This would make my life so much easier ... instead of having people bringing in camera cards or emailing me multiple pics that I have to deal with.

 

Any ideas of a site that could work for me? I appreciate your suggestions.
