Playbill Celebrates Gay Pride Month

Tonight I received this delightful email from Playbill:

 

For the first time in our 130 years, Playbill will alter our logo on the covers of all Broadway and Off-Broadway theatres in support of LGBT PRIDE Month.

 

Beginning this Sunday, Playbill will commence its "30 Days of Pride" initiative beginning with a historic change to our well-known logo. Playbill.com will roll out stories focusing on the historic myriad of productions and trailblazers in the community that have elevated our public discourse on vital issues that have faced lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people and our society-at-large throughout history.
