Of my NYC gigs year-to-date, 62% of my bookings (and 63% of revenue) has been incalls, 27% bookings (24% revenue) at their home, 9% of both bookings and revenue at his hotel, and 2% bookings (1% revenue) at another escort's place. An additional 0% of bookings but 2% of revenue was phone/text/cyber.

My data may be atypical as I have a great apartment in Chelsea equipped with toys and a sling, and am a bit of a prick about traveling.

Kevin, I found your data surprising. Do you have a lot of regulars, and do you have a sense of whether the majority of your clients are locals or visitors to NYC?

Yes. Only 19% of year-to-date revenue is from folk I hadn't met before this year. (And of course, most of those guys go on to become regulars as well.)

and do you have a sense of whether the majority of your clients are locals or visitors to NYC?

I don't collect client-based data, but I'd guesstimate that half my clients are local. Of course many visitors are regulars as well, NYC being a frequent destination.

Just wanted to ask how clients are used to do in NYC, like if the majority only goes to the escort`s place or if there also many that prefer to receive them at their place, thanks.

As a client I find that whenever I travel to NYC I end up having about 30% of the guys I hire come to my hotel because they are unable to host for various reasons. My last two trips to New York (each a 10 day stay), I hired 5 guys during each trip. On the first trip, 4 hires were in-calls at their place and 1 was an out-call to my hotel. My second trip 3 were in-calls at their homes while I hosted 2 escorts at my hotel. Both times I saw 3 guys who are regulars with whom I always try to connect when visiting. On each of these trips I hired 2 completely new (to me) guys, a total of 4 new guys over both visits.

I have found in my trips to New York that the escorts are pretty even-handed about not charging extra for coming to my hotel if they are unable to host. One of my favorite hires, who lives out on Long Island, told me that whenever he has an escorting gig in Manhattan he busies himself with his “legitimate” job in the city either before or following his escort session so he sees no need to charge extra, especially since he cannot host in L.I.

I never hire an escort unless he has been reviewed well and I have vetted him through email or talked with him, preferably both. From an escorts view, this may not be relevant information in answer to your original question since it is only one client’s limited experience on visits to NYC from out-of-town.

Well from a client's point of view, I wish I had your "linited experience" I live in NJ and hire in NY and when escorts are loathe to cross the river to come to me, which is usually at least the first hire, then I travel to their hotel or if they are local, I get a hotel room. I prefer not to go to an escort's home, just I would prefer not to have clients of mine come to my home.

I agree completely with Traveler North. Whenever I hire out of town I prefer that the escort come to my hotel. It's his hometown which he knows and I don't and thus it is easier for him to know how to get around.

Locally I will go to the escorts place or rent a hotel room the first time we meet. Once he becomes a regular I have no problem entertaining him in my home. One guy used to come to my place for dinner which I cooked and then after our romp he would take home tons of left overs. He never wanted to got out to dinner because he always claimed the left overs were his favorite tip.

You'll get a little bit of both.

In my personal experience I noticed that in NYC a higher number of clients are interested in visiting them at their home or hotel, compared to other US cities.

You'll get also a higher number of 'last minute' calls opposed to advance bookings. Welcome to the Forum, btw.

I've had two short visits to NYC in the past two years. Each time, I saw all of my clients at my hotel or rented apartment - no outcalls at all. Some of the clients were visiting like me, others had come in from the outer boroughs. So make sure you ask for extra towels!

Like Steven says there were a fair number of last-minute calls, and a few of those were requesting outcalls but I was not able to get them scheduled. So if I'd been there for a longer amount of time I probably would have had more outcalls.
