I've been searching on old threads and saw 2 different thoughts on how to get the bottom as turd free as possible. One says eat meat to make poop hard, veggies cause mud like poop. Another say veggie coz veggie makes you more regular. Which is correct?

Priceless response Honcho~ you should be upgraded to Viscount or something simply for that response alone~

Moving along here... (Don't read to much into it)... Good, easy rinsing depends on any number if things~

If you eat most any food regularly, (and are healthy), you should have formed stools that rinse easily~

Typically, when people make sudden changes to their regular diet, it causes some gastric distress and bowl changes~

Some foods that normally would be "binding" really mess up folks with Crohns or celiac disease.

People with gluten, lactose and good allergy issues can encounter situations that others don't necessarily deal with~

I've got my own "Escort Diet"... It's great for rinsing hygiene but not a good diet to live on~

You can also refraine from eating and live in Imodium bit that's not exactly good for you either~

Feel comfortable writing to me private~

I've taught this before to Clients and some other Escorts as well as a few Mom's who recently gave birth to babies~
