They tend NOT to like, want or develop their professions from reviews and their rates are SOOOOOO much higher then boys at the same professional level~

Additionally, Clients put down a retainer that they forfeit if they don't show up.

A very interesting MSNBC documentary on female prostitution covered the full spectrum of working girls - from drug-addicted streetwalkers to $5,000/evening escorts. Mind you, anyone who's been on the inside of a story knows there's usually a discrepancy between reality and reporting, but the details about the high-end working girls were fascinating. The top-tier of female escorts never charge by the hour. Even the girls who charge $1,000 an hour (pretty much the top hourly rate) are considered "low-class" (hey, everything's relative) by the $5K GFE escorts. The top-tier GFE escorts charge $5K for a 5-hour evening, $10K for 24 hours, and $10K a day for long-term engagements (long weekends, vacations). They are at the very least college-educated, some with post-graduate degrees. They tend to be self-employed, with their own personal website, not affiliated with any sort of agency. They run full background checks before meeting any client for the first time. Why wealthy men willingly submit to a full background check by a total stranger was not discussed. Payment is always in cash, even for a long-term engagement with a fee of $70-80K. There was also no discussion about being accompanied by a driver or bodyguard, but I guess the full background check covers that. That said, considering that it must occur to these girls that plenty of wealthy, powerful men can make rape charges "go away," I assume that the background check is very extensive.

 

Needless to say, this class of working girls can fit in seamlessly in any setting - in other words, they know which fork to use at a Michelin 3-star restaurant. She is the perfect girlfriend who never argues, knows just how to buttress a man's ego and calm his insecurities, and makes sure the client is absolutely satisfied in the sack. Exactly. Women are, on average, far less interested in casual sex than men of any orientation. (Of course there are exceptions, but there's no question that this is true overall.) And their standards for one night stand partners are very high. Hence, it's much harder for the average straight man to find fast, commitment-free sex than it is for the average gay man, which drives up the price of the substitute good, female escorts.

 

I think there's an additional reason. Female escorts are at higher risk of being beaten up or raped by clients than their physically stronger male equivalents. Like combat pay, the difference in hourly rates "compensates" for that additional risk.
