can anyone advise how to load pics??
Is this something you tried to load from your PC? I think it needs to be a picture that's online, and you put the full web address (including http://www.tumblr.com...) in the box that pops up when you use the "insert image" icon. to the picture. If you right-click on the picture when you're online, there's usually some option to "copy image address" or something like that, it varies from browser to browser.
