I'd consider not planning, and trying your luck at the Corner Pocket. Sometimes you can catch some guys in late afternoon or early evening before the dancing begins. Or after nine, look for Adam, a new dancer there. Just in from Memphis, this playful cutie does privates back at the hotel.

Hey guys-I'll be in New Orleans next week. Anyone have a recommendation? I generally like 20's twink types. Thanks

Try men4rentnow.com and also adam4adam.com

There a thread about him a few months ago before I decided to join this site, please read his description and take precautions as usual.

I think that's all the twink selection in this site, I can't help you more.

If you meet any of them, specially the 1st boy, please write about your experience.

Hi Jockalla, and welcome to the forum! A couple of months ago, I posted a similar question about New Orleans. This link should take you there:

The advice was really good. I decided to go to the Corner Pocket early and was easily able to pick up somebody there. He didn’t want me to post a review, because the dancers at the CP try to be somewhat discreet about their activities. Everybody knows what goes on… they just prefer it not to be broadcast… and the CP prefers that, too. So I honored that request.

Verymarried’s above response is spot on. Try to get there early.

Most of the guys at the CP are willing to play. Catching them at the right time is important. Basically, dancers start around 9 o’clock. They have to either drop by or call in before 8 o’clock to let the bar know they want to dance that night. Bartenders are in charge of making sure there are enough dancers because this keeps customers coming back, but not too many dancers because too many means fewer tips for each dancer, and the bar wants dancers to keep coming back, as well.

When the dancers arrive for their shift, they have to put down a deposit, which will be returned to them at the end of their shift (usually around 1 o’clock). This is intended to keep the dancers there… otherwise, a lot of them might leave and go back to hotels with customers.

The point is that getting a dancer to go home with you during their shift is a bit tricky: you’ll have to pay quite a bit more to cover their lost deposit, and the dancers know this will piss off the bartenders. If you’re not willing to wait until their shift is over, getting there early is excellent advice. You can also always try to set something up for the next day, but my experience is that many of the guys there don’t do this professionally… so follow-through doesn’t always happen.

I lived in the New Orleans area for many years. Considering how Gay the Quarter is I have always been somewhat baffled about why NO is a backwater of escorting.

I know a local DC escort who used to travel to New Orleans a few years ago but stopped traveling there in 2010, there's some old money in Nola but not enough to justify local escorts making a living.
