Variations on this question have been asked multiple times before, and it depends in part on location - and what you mean by 'favorite'. Rentboy seems to be best for the handful of larger cities (NYC, etc.) but has fewer listings outside those major cities. Men4RentNow has more postings in the smaller cities but there's a lot of dissatisfaction with it (lots of expired ads, no postings of rates or explicit sexual language allowed, etc.) Lots of people like the rentmen site but the numbers of escorts using it seems relatively small.

 

For me, the first priority is selection - and in my area (sadly), that's M4RN.

 

It might encourage people to respond here if they knew why you're asking - for guidance in choosing one or for market research/best practices.

New to the forum and to escorting -

 

Was referred to backpage.com by a fellow escort. It's essentially a Craigslist-come-lately which still allows male escorts (which have their own subheading per city), however I've been annoyed so far with my posting there. First they removed the word "Daddy" from my title, then, after charging me for the ad (escorts do pay, unlike CraigsList), they removed my ad completely. Am attempting to deal with them about that now.

 

I've also attempted to list with http://www.rentguy4fun.com, but this site may be defunct. At minimum, their last copyright date is 2011, and none of the other "regular" local escorts seem to be listed there.
