I am looking into going to Puerto Vallarta for a week in early June. I imagine there MUST be an escort scene around. What resources are there to find an escort? rentboy was pretty limited.

While you certainly can find some escorts online in advance of your trip (or while you're there), it's very easy (perhaps too easy), to find escorts while you're there if you're in the Romantic Zone. In addition to the many men who will likely approach you on the beach, you can go to one of the stripper bars (Anthropology or Wet Dreams were the two the last time I was there). I've never been to Wet Dreams. Anthropology itself can be somewhat of a rip off if you're not careful (every stripper wanting you to buy them an overpriced drink, etc), but I found the most gorgeous man there a couple of years ago who spent an hour and a half with me at my hotel for $120. When I say gorgeous, I truly mean that this guy was probably the most handsome man I've ever had sex with: model good looks, tall, broad shoulders, muscular without being overdone, lean, and smooth skin all over. Sadly he was no longer working there during my last trip, or I'd mention his name. One caveat about a lot of the escorts in Vallarta is that many of them are not into sex with men, period, and their performance frequently suffers because of this. If you like the gay-for-pay type, this might not be an issue for you. Personally, I am turned off by someone who won't kiss or suck and who, at worst, wants a straight porn video put on so they can get a semi-erection.

 

If you really want to look for someone before you're there, depending on your budget you might want to look at listings in Guadalajara or Mexico City and simply arrange for someone to visit you in Vallarta. Apart from a few traveling escorts, I've never seen online listings for Vallarta escorts. The couple of times I used Craigslist to find someone there, I ended up feeling disappointed.
