Hey guys, just a heads up on "Santiago" now advertising in DC:

This is the same guy as "Ricky," for whom I wrote a moderately negative review last year. (He later resurfaced under the name "Martin" and is now "Santiago.") The constant changing of names is evidence of bad intent. So watch out. . . .
