Ok guys. Total newbie here but very, very ready to take the plunge.

But, I have a somewhat embarrassing question :o

So, when I bite the bullet and get with one of you fine men for the first time, I would like to try bottoming.

But, I have a hemorrhoid down there (stage 3 I guess).

Is that going to totally gross you guys out? Is it ok to bottom with that? Anything else you want to relay to me?

Definitely get medication for the problem. As for bottoming, you may want to get a small dildo and practice inserting it. LOTS of LUBE. Once you are comfortable, time to move onto the real thing. You would not go on safari without starting with target practice do not try and be a hero here. Did I mention LOTS of LUBE?

Go and see a Doctor and get it seen to quickly if you want to bottom. A year or so back I had two skin tags there that looked unsightly, clients never noticed it but I knew it was there. I went to the doctor and she gave me some cream which basically dissolved it. It took about a week and i had the prescription for a month but used it when I went back to Turkey for 2 weeks as it's rare I do anything sexual on holiday

I only know about hemmorroids from my brushes with them. by brushes, I mean my dick brushing against them.

 

seriously, I am not a doctor but if you have stage 3 roids, it seems a hemorrhoidectomy might be in order, no? in other words, if its that advanced, I think you might need to have it cut out. HAVE you seen a dr yet? what did he or she recommend? if it was just something like "oh yeah, you can live with this the way it is" then maybe you can. but if you have frequent bleeding, then that's not cool to get fucked like that.

 

I guess what I'm trying to say is, yes, I have fucked many ppl with hemmoroids. I use plenty of lube as purplekow says, and also I start fucking especially slowly and tenderly.

IF their roids are too advanced (which I suspect yours might be) then I wont fuck them. why? not bec I am grossed out, but because it is a health and cleanliness issue. if the roid bursts open during fucking, not only is there a bloody mess, but now there is significant body fluid exposure to the top.

 

my initial advice, without seeing your roid, would be to go to a dr, follow their advice in terms of managing it, get yourself in better shape (I mean your roid and your anus) and THEN find that perfect top to take your cherry. getting fucked the first time can be full of worry for the bottom, you don't need the overlay of "is my hemmoroid going to burst open?"
